RETURN POLICY

At rudraym.com, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. Please carefully review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.

No Returns or Refunds After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of damaged or defective items, as outlined below.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return due to damage or defect, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the damaged or incorrect item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
